The Inorganic Compound Cobalt Carbonate

Cobalt carbonate is the inorganic compound with the formula CoCO3. Commercially available pale violet basic cobalt carbonate, of formula with the formulaCoCO3(Co(OH)x(H2O)y (CAS 12069-68-0). Cobalt(II) carbonate occurs as the mineral spherocobaltite, which occurs as pink/red trigonal crystals with a specific gravity of 4.13g/cm3. It is an precursor to blue pottery glazes, famously in the case of Delftware.
Effective and pure in composition, our range of cobalt acetate finds application in diverse range.
Cobalt is widespread in earth's crust, its low concentration of 0.002% comes as by product of other metals specifically with Precious metals. This reddish paramagnetic solid is an intermediate in the hydrometallurgical purification of cobalt from its ores, as an inorganic pigment, and as a precursor to catalysts.
The product quality of Cobalt is of high standard and as per customer specification. Sectoral uses of Cobalt Metal.
Cobalt acetate used as catalyst accelerators for the PTA production, paint drier, feed additive and many others, our range of cobalt acetate is formulated using superior quality raw material. It melts at 1493 degrees centigrade and boiling point 3100 degrees centigrade. The main uses of Cobalt are in Metallurgical, electronic and Chemicals. The growth profile of Cobalt metal production has increased around six times since its inception.
