Nickel Sulfate grade A product can be used for electroplating or other industry; grade B for storage battery.
Nickel sulfate used as activator of plate, cirrhosis oil, dying agent todeoxidizing, Packing: 25 kg N.W. in plastic lined knitted bag. Mainly used in Nickel plating, chemical nickel plating, aluminum coloring, battery material and activator etc. Univertical's Nickel Sulfate is preferred in quality conscious applications such as plating-on-plastic, disk manufacturing and high-end Electroless Nickel uses and is currently in use all over the globe.
Dark-green quartzes of blocky, circumstantial gravity 2.07, soluble in water, slightly dissolvable inwards bitter and aqueous ammonia. Its aqueous solution is acidic. The common configuration of nickel (II) sulfate constitutes the nickel note sulfate hexahydrate, nickel sulfate heptahydrate and nickel sulphate anhydrous.
The process of layering the nickel onto the surface of the aluminum is known as "brush electroplating," but the nickel itself must be obtained first. In order to prepare nickel for this process, it is best to form a crystal of nickel sulfate by dissolving nickel carbonate in acid and heating the solution. Application: Electroplating, nickel-cadmium battery, organic synthesis, catalyst in painting production, raw material of nickel salt for coloring of metals and additives of reduction dye. Calcium and Magnesium commonly found in competitive materials.
